Kimchi Veggie Sandwich

Ingredients

- JONGGA Vegan Kimchi - JONGGA Tofu - Vegetables in your fridge - Vegan Mayonnaise - Hot sauce - Bread

Directions

  • Slice the vegetables that are stored in your fridge. (We used carrot, lettuce, and tomato here.)
  • Drain excess water from JONGGA tofu and grill it in a pan coated with cooking oil.
  • Mix JONGGA Vegan Kimchi with hot sauce & a cup of vegan mayonnaise.
  • Spread vegan kimchi mayo on one side of toasted bread, then layer with grilled tofu, sliced carrot, lettuce, and tomato.
  • Top it with another slice of bread.
