Ingredients

- JONGGA Vegan Kimchi - JONGGA Tofu - Carrot - Red onion - Korean Chili Powder - Sugar - Salt - Sesame oil

Directions

  • Mince JONGGA Vegan Kimchi, carrot, and red onion.
  • Stir-fry the minced ingredients (in step 1) in olive oil and add Korean chili powder, sugar, and salt.
  • Smash JONGGA tofu.
  • Mix the stir-fried ingredients with the smashed tofu and add sesame oil.
  • Take a heaping tablespoon of the cauliflower kimchi mixture and gently squeeze to form a ball.
