Vegan Kimchi Cauliflower Fried Rice Balls

Ingredients
- JONGGA Vegan Kimchi
- JONGGA Tofu
- Carrot
- Red onion
- Korean Chili Powder
- Sugar
- Salt
- Sesame oil
Directions
- Mince JONGGA Vegan Kimchi, carrot, and red onion.
- Stir-fry the minced ingredients (in step 1) in olive oil and add Korean chili powder, sugar, and salt.
- Smash JONGGA tofu.
- Mix the stir-fried ingredients with the smashed tofu and add sesame oil.
- Take a heaping tablespoon of the cauliflower kimchi mixture and gently squeeze to form a ball.
