Tofu Scramble with Cumin

Ingredients
- JONGGA Vegan Kimchi
- JONGGA Tofu
- A few slices of bread
- Green onion
- Tomato
- Avocado
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce
- Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of cumin powder
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tbsp of water
Directions
- Mince the green onion and cut the tomato and avocado into bite-sized pieces.
- Remove excess moisture from JONGGA tofu and crumble it.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry crumbles tofu.
- Continuing to stir-fry, add 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and a little water.
- Coat another pan with olive oil and stir-fry green onions.
- Add 1 tsp of sugar, 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce, and a bit of JONGGA kimchi juice to the mixture in step 5.
- Mix the stir-fried tofu from step 3 with the kimchi mixture in step 4.
- Plate tofu kimchi scramble in a serving dish with pieces of bread, sliced avocado and tomato for garnish.
