Kimchi Saffron Frittata

Chef’s Tip!
Cook in a 20cm nonstick skillet. To flip frittata place a plate face down on top of the skillet and flip the two, the frittata will fall onto the plate.

Ingredients
- Eggs 4.
- Milk 30 Ml.
- Salt to taste.
- Jongga® stir fried kimchi, chopped 20 Gr.
- Saffron, to taste.
- Tomatoes, diced 20 Gr.
- Leeks, sliced 20 Gr.
- Onions, chopped 20 Gr.
- Ground black pepper to taste.
- Canola oil 5 Ml.
- Butter 10 Gr.
Directions
- Whisk eggs with all ingredients except oil and butter.
- Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Add oil and butter.
- Pour egg mixture into skillet and stir frequently, this will ensure that all of the eggs in the pan will cook uniformly
- Cover the skillet with a lid and keep cooking at medium heat for 3 minutes, or until eggs are to desired doneness.
